Biography

Michelle is a paralegal with a background in Real Estate Law and Civil Litigation, experienced in both plaintiff and defense litigation.  Michelle gained twenty years of experience in Florida, as office manager of a real estate broker’s office that specialized in writing condominium documents to meet governmental and lending mandates, as well as taking transactions from the groundbreaking of the project to individual unit sales.  Michelle graduated from Manatee State College and the University of Florida, Gainesville. 

As a frequent visitor to South Mississippi, Michelle and her family fell in love with the beauty and people of South Mississippi.  They decided to relocate to Ocean Springs more than 15 years ago, earning honorary mention as South Mississippians.   During her tenure, Michelle has gained experience in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation for many Mississippi counties including Chancery Courts, County and Circuit Courts, Mississippi’s State Supreme Court, the United States District Courts and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Although possessing two rescue dogs of her own, Michelle is thrilled to get to spend time with Boudreaux each day.   Michelle and her husband are huge baseball fans, and enjoy gardening, fishing, and partaking in all the outstanding entertainment and delicious cuisine the Coast has to offer.
